Do you offer Halal meat?
Yes! We provide halal meat upon request at additional cost.

What if I don’t eat meat?
No problem! We happily offer all of our arrangements without meat for our vegetarian customers. We substitute the meat with a protein alternative, such as extra cheese, so you don’t miss out on anything.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes! Our salami is gluten-free, as are most of our ingredients. We also offer gluten-free crackers upon request.

What about nut allergies?
While we operate in a shared commercial kitchen, we can accommodate most nut allergies by preparing orders separately to minimize cross-contamination. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

What comes with my order?
Each order is beautifully packaged and includes serving utensils, a complimentary sleeve of crackers, and a stylish non-woven reusable tote bag. All boards are yours to keep, except for our extra-large party board.

What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
Delivery timeframes are estimates and will be confirmed via text or email. Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes for you to retrieve your order. If no one is available, the order will be left at your door, and a photo will be sent to the phone number provided at checkout.

Can I leave the board out of the fridge?
We recommend refrigerating your order upon delivery or serving it immediately. For the best quality and safety, all boards should be consumed within 4 hours of being at room temperature.
